Yes, our Hand & Body Wash is tridoshic meaning it is good for all skin types.  This is a great product for cleansing your hands or as a body wash. 

2)How much should I use?

We recommend to start with a small 5p size applied to skin with water.  Apply more or less according to desired consistency.
